Well, I've been going crazy over this. Will SOMEONE tell me how to get Aqua Breath in Coastal Remains so I can make that wheel turn so I can get that Light Gem and finish the level. Please. If you know the answer can you give me directions or steps as to how. Could this be answered quickly this game is rented.

I know exactly what you are talking about! I was stuck here for a long period of time! Yoy must destroy all of the Dark Gems to get into Ineptuna's Tomb. I'ts called Watery Tomb and you have to face and defeat Ineptuna to learn how to use Water Breath.
