Question for Spyro: A Heros Tail

After you get all the eggs to play as "Ember" Where do you go, to play as her? Be specific, please.

Once you have collected all of Embers eggs, you then save your game, then exit the game. You should now be on the home screen where it says PRESS START.
Then you go into extras, then into unlockables, then you can switch to Ember.
It will then explain the rules to change back into Sypro and so on. Hope this helps!
