How do you play with ember and flame

You have to get all of the pink eggs with flowers on them to play with ember. And you have to get all the red eggs with flames to get flame.
I think the person means how to like, activate it, the person probably allready has all he eggs am I right? Sorry if I am not...
I think you have to get all the pink eggs with the flower patter to get her but if you have to activate it somehow I don't know how to do that part[
From the main menu go to "Extras" then "Unlockables" then choose to "Select Character". This can only be done after getting all of the eggs that unlocks Flame or Ember.
