Someone for the love of God please help me.

You know wen you first come into that place? Ya, well you can fly from there to the cannon.

You enter there then just fly to the cannon. Doing the polespin is for the egg.

I have a hint I found here. Remember when you first came in? Look to the right. There's an airlift thing. If you use it you can get to the first platform. Once you get there look to your right. There's spikes that go in & out of the wall. Above that's a crack in the wall & there's another airlift thing right before the first set of spikes. If you use the airlift & let it carry you all the way up when you come out press x & then press it again & hold it like when you glide. You can glide to the platform from there. When you get there shoot the crack in the wall & there's a cave. Now getting to that's a tad tricky... If you land in the water just swim back to the first air lift. Once on the ledge use the air lift to get to the first platform. Now I discovered this by accident but when you're gliding in for a landing you can flutter. Just do what you do to glide. So from the first platform glide over to the second airlift. Its easy to overshoot, so be careful. Ride to the top & move to the left slightly when you come out of it. Use the glide move & press the forward button & you'll land right inside the cave. From there just avoid the swinging shell traps & at the end there's a crack in the wall. Charge it & on the other side is a ledge with a dark crystal. Smash it & two ledges will appear leading up to the one you're on. If you've been there you'll recognize that it's the beach with the cave with the turtle challenge. So there ya go! Sorry it's a bit wordy... Hope this helps!
