Question for Spyro: A Heros Tail

How do you use the ball gadget to get to a different realm. I can't find the elfer in Dragonfly Falls. I also can't reach the gem that's above the wheel in the sea. I can't find enough gems to open some places that need either 40 or 70 gems to activate. In a nut shell I have come to a dead end and just can't sem to get any further any helpwould be great.

Its ok I was stuck on this for a while to. The ball gadget is only used to trasport spyro to a differnt area of the relm.
You nead to destroy all the dark gems first and then go to knasty knorks layer and the forcefild will disaper. Once you have defeated knork you have to go to the big trasporter in the main relm (dragon village)this will take you to the next relm. Also the seacrt areas are just extea bits for you to unlock once you have completed to game

the gem on top of weel, to get that u have 2 get the water breath and blow water on weel the ull be able to get it

In the Dragon Village, there is a ball gadget behind the nursery where all the Dragon Eggs were stolen. This allows you to advance to another area in the realm, for example, Dragonfly Falls. Whereas the Professor's Transporter allows you to advance to another realm, Lost Cities, Icy Wilderness etc...That's all I can tell you so far because I'm also stuck in Cloudy Domain and I need the supercharge gadget to continue with the game but I've only got 33 Light Gems!
