How do I beat Vulture?

I'm seven years old!

What you do is keep swinging in the air and turn on your target aimer on by pushing R1 and R2.

Push triangle while you are in the air and your web from pushing triangle will hit him and you will eventually weaken him.

The vulture will land on top of the building then go down on the buliding and punch and kick him.

Keep doing what I've told you over and over and you will beat the vulture.

The button you press for target lock is actually L1.
