How do you do the misson where you throw the first bomb in to the water?

You must first beat the H-bombers,then you walk into the yellow spiral you will then see a message that says press triangle to interact. Aftewards a blue meter will show up withe a triangle will show up at the end of it press triange to stop it at the end and it will be launched into the river
You get to the bomb(s). When you do, stand in the yellow/orange sircle and press triangle. You start to spin the bomb around. There will be a bar on the bottom of the screen. When the line gets to the right part of the bar, press triangle.
