Is there really another storyline?

Ok I was reading my spiderman 3 case(out of boredom) and it said something about playing 5 different storylines. Is this true and if so how can I play them. I have already beat the game already like twice and now I'm looking for the emblems

Really there isn't it's just saying that you will be able to fight crime and find the spider emblems and to get a really great gift (I will let you find that out yourself) to me it's worth it, while finding those you can also try to find the mediorites and you will get something for that too.
