Question for SOCOM: U.S. Navy SEALs

Does anyone know what to do on the oil rig I can never do that level im rubbish at 1st person shooters :-(

Have the seals follow you and go find the bombs. If you have a head set yell in it "Bravo, defuse bomb". Then go find the next one. I believe there is three that you have to defuse in 4:30. Each bomb takes 30 seconds to defuse so the quiker the better. after the bombs are defused go and kill everyone in the buildings except for the hostages. There are some oil workers in a locked room that says authorized personel only. All you have to do is locate them. When all the hostages are found. Kill the last few men in the buildings and you are done.
