I'm not 100% sure, but I think you find all the bottles, do all the missions and open the safe when you find the clues. (bottles)

It doesn't work for me even though I got 100% on every episode, it says that I am still on 98%!

Book is 100% and all episode is 95% how to get mega jump then??

To complete the game 100% you have to have completed all missions, collected all clue bottles, opened all safes (you'll need the clue bottles first) and you'll need to have bought all moves from the thiefnet computer.
