Burst Your Balloons

Hey guys new problem here. Any tips on how to beat the balloon challenge with Mongo the giant gingerbread man? I have done it several times and there are so freaking many of them I don't see how it's possible!

I did it but you have to go very fast and make sure that you don't miss any balloons.

Just keep shooting balloons until a cutscene is activated
