Ok now I know how to get karen's alternate costume but my question is are you made to go to the neam ruins or is it just opptional because if it aint I need to plan when I can get there thanx all

Well you have to complete the trading process where you find a woman with the nemises fan thengo to the second part of neam ruins and complete theat then go to roger's house and speak to him and you will get the alternate costume and white underpants then you get to watch 2 funny scenes
