How do I get to who's yella in the cellar so I can get the plunger

The plunger shoes aren't in who's yella in the cellar. You will find them in Creepy Crawlies in the Hallways and to get there you need to be at shock at the dock part 2 right next to the portal you will find out of place floorboards, once you super smash on the floorboards you will fall down into Creepy Crawlies in the Hallways and you go up to where the boulders are, then when you get past the boulders, enter the door at the end and you will be in a room with a gargoyle and four keys, get all the keys and enter the door that is now unlocked. You will see Shaggy in a cell up above, go into the cell across from him and you will get the plunger shoes at the end of this level.
