what you need to do is go to dont look down scooby doo part 1 (balconies)and kill the gargoyle and the end of the level. The only way to do this is to thundersmash him with the professors lightening bolt invention found at the lighthouse part 1. So after you thundersmash the gargoyle you will notice the podium he was on start to move up and down. Get on it and then jump onto the balcony it goes up to. you will see the helmet. also on that balcony you will need to defeat the creeper.

There is a gargole at the right side you need to a
Thunder smash or just use the helmet and the the
Stone that he was standing on will move up, jump on it and thats it simple.
