What can I do with a hijacked armored car. When Tony steals one in the story, we take it to the bank and make $50,000. I steal one, get cops on me like crazy, lose the cops and take it to the bank but I don't make money. Any ideas?

Make sure that the car is not smashed up, that should make a difference
I have tried that too and the reason that you can't get the money is because you can only do it that one time in the storyline. The reason that the cops get ofter you is because you a stealing the armored van from a cop. I would suggest that you stop stealing the armored van from the cops because you can't get any money from it.
