Well on mine you have to be as nene first then look at your animations-weapons and you should find it on a model. Then since you will have her weapon you will eventually get the skill doublejump.
Well I found out that you could earn it for any animation I created a character with hideyoshi hashiba weapon and I have 2x jump you have to get 1000 kos then you do duels, confrence ext and you should get 2x jump for any weapon
I'm not sure how i did it but i have magoichi's wep, dueled kotaro fuma with fourth wepon equipped and i got it.
Just give your guy hanzo's or kotaro's weapons to so you don't have to go through all that trouble just a quick way
Just have them do confenrenceor get tea together with somebody who has it an they will learn it
