Okay, here goes...
The demon parts are actually called devil parts and you get them from the uh on cloud hill after collecting all 100 stamps. The 7 gemstone locations are as follows,
The blue sapphire in the ruins to the west of sand polis, the red ruby was dropped into the see to the west side of the sand polis lighthouse in the coral. The violet moonstone can be found if you follow the river east of mushroom road upstream. The green emerald is above the temple under the sea, the amethyst is on the edge of a cliff in a part of papaya island and the yellow topaz is to the east of island bridge. I hope this helped xx
