You have to dodge all the attacks he gives and also counter his attacks.
When you grab him you try to drown him in the water.
When he gets back up and is coughing out all the water bent over, THAT is when he is most vulnerable to attack.
1)try when he goes into that little floor "windmil"thing he does (after being knocked down) get be hind him and attach from the back....2)when he does that combionation attack you will notice at the end hed fall and kick back up,when he does this get behind him and (again)attack from the back.....(good luck)
You can beat by staying behind him and hitting him
Or dround him then when he's bent over hit him alot, but most of the time just dodge his hits
