On the second floor. Go into the room with the fireplace and pull either red or blue tab. Doesnt really matter but I've learned from experience that pulling the tab on the left is less likely to release the closet zombie :D
Go into the room with the piano and the statue will now be holding out the jewel for you. Pulling the string lowers his arm. Hes holding it the whole time. Good luck.
