Try useing hand gun in some points and have you tryed doing that thing with the wires with the electric because that helps so while he bend down hurt you can pump some pullets into him hope I helped :-)

Bring atleast 1 daylight samples to the last battle on that scenerio, or 2 incase you miss, get the ampule shooter from the armoured truck and use daylight on it, or equip it and reload.
Then shoot thanatos once, then he will die and you will complete that scenerio.
