When you first leave the waiting room you will see a dead body, examine the end of his arms and you will discover he was typing in a shutter code. Three of the nine digits will have bloody fingerprints on them you then of to guess which order they go in by randomly pressing the order into another shutter keypad. The code will change everytime you restart the level.
