You know how your hand moves up and down during a showdown..... Well you got to wait until your hand moves towards your holster befor drawing it or you'll miss draw and not have your gun in hand.

But once it's close to your gun don't hesitate to draw, move your analogue stick quickly down then up.

During this slow motion phase it's tough to put your curser exactly where you want, but you should make do. While your curser is moving upwards on his body you should get one good hit around his spleen area.

Select that hit then motion the curser towards his head, you should be able to select two more crucial hits around his head before he starts to shoot.

Now this one thing I found crucial in knocking him down, after your done selecting your hits don't let your yellow curser end up off his body. Now hammer on R2 a couple times then R1 and it should unload the rest of your shots in the last place you targeted.

Seems like a lot to do in a short amount of time but with a little practice you should be able to knock him down..... 2/3 times.
