How do i get mr. kelly? everytime i get exelent it doesnt work?

How do I get mr. Kelly? Everytime I get exelent it doesnt work? I beat him and kill all pedestirans. IT says I have to kill them. I already beat the game. When I get exelent I press back. Then I go to show down and I can't find him can anyone tell me how to if not a cheat to get him please?

Hey jerome I know what you mean, because I beat the game also and I didn't unlock him either. What I found out is that you have to get excellent to get him. So you need to play story mode again till you get excellent. The best way to do this is when you duel him don't let him shoot you at all(not even once). If he shoots you once just start over until you don't get shot. It may take awhile, I know that because it took me 3hrs. You have to be very fast on the duel shoot him twice in his head.

If it says you have to kill all the pedestirans then you must be on bounty hunter mode which there you can not unlock Mr. Kelly. You need to go to story mode and get to the level where you have the dueling showdown with Mr. Kelly and get an excellant as your rating for the level. If you do not get an excellant rating then just keep replaying the level till you do get an excellent as your rating.

In showdown mode shoot that guy in the head that will bring him down but wait he is not dead yet you have to kill him afterwards try shooting him until cutscene appears it's a bit long battle so be patient once he is dead he must be in showdown mode check it out.
