I think you have to beat her in story mode.

This is a very complicated process. You have to have every level in showdown mode to do it too. Ok, first you have to go to showdown mode and choose Pig Josh. Then pick the character next to him which I think is professor perry as your enemy. Then hit ok and go to where you choose the level and choose 3000 dollars as your bounty and go to the twin rocks level. Fight perry, and when you win go back to the showdown mode and pick perry as your guy, pick the guy after perry as your enemy, and then choose the next level on the list to fight in. It does not matter what order you go by when choosing characters and switching rows. Just as long as you beat every player with every player and play on each level once. Be sure you have all of the characters and levels. To confirm this go to your journal and look at player progress and you should have 99% on secrets and journal completion. This is extremely confusing but it works. Hope you have good luck interpreting what I have just told you.

You have to catch on fire for six mniutes in showdown mode.
