To get the jackpot mods on Ratchet: Deadlocked you must clock the game once and then you get to the vender once you clocked the game and the jackpot mod will be there.I hope I helped heaps.

Complete game once.
Then you cn buy it from vendor for 3 million bolts.
One weapon gets a jackpot alpha mod when it reaches lv10. Cnt remember which though.
