On Maraxus I can't seem to get the Frenzy skill point, is there a specific challenge that I should do it on? I have tried many times on the first one but for some reason I can't get it. Any help?

1. Read the requirements for the skill point. If it only works on a specific mission, you can only get it on that mission.
2. If it doesn't say a specific mission, try other missions. Finding out where to get a skill point is a trial and error kind of thing unless specifically stated in the requirements.
