ANSWERS

To get the RY3NO (yes, believe it or not, that's it's name...), you have to first defeat Dr. Nefarious and the Biobliterator 2 in robot form. Then a screen opens and asks you if you want to go to Challenge Mode or time-warp to before you killed Nefarious. Obvious answer:Challenge Mode. When you get to Florana, you can buy super versions of the weapons you have at V5 and the RY3NO. The RY3NO costs 3,000,000 Bolts, so good luck with the savings!!! It is definitely worth the money.

Beat the game once and start Challenge Mode. Once your on Florana, go to the Gadgetron Vendor, the RY3NO will be available for purchase.

As told by others, you must be in challenge mode, after the end of the game. However, be aware that in challenge mode there is a bolt multiplyer. Killing enemies increases the multiplyer, getting hurt resets it to 1. If you wanted the RYNO to beat the boss, sorry. Better spend your bolts on the last armor instead, and if afterward you find it sad that you can't see Ratchet's face anymore, use the retro skin (you need a R&C1 save for that)
