The PDA is a gadget that will allow you to get the vendor anytime you want and you canfind it at quark's hideout in the secret area at the begining

To get the PDA, you need to go to Qwark's hideout, when you come out of the ship, you look to your right and you will see a set of stairs leading to a cave, go inside and pass all those lasers, defeat qwark bots and other stuff, and through there you will find a cabinet with 3 weapons, the PDA will cost you 250,000 bolts, but the pathway to reach their is a bit confusing. And also PDA means: personal delivery assisstant. GOOD LUCK

It means you can buy ammo anywhere. You get it by goinng to Quarks base, and don't go the way to his bedroom, go the other way past the titanium bolt. Go all the way and buy it from the vending machine, if you don't have enough bolts a warp pad will be there to go back to it.

The PDA is the personal Delivery Assistant. You can find it on the ice level on Captain Quarks secret base. Instead of going the normal route, you go right and walk over magnetic platforms over electric beams to reach it, Dont FALL!

The pda is a gadget that you use when you can't find ammo. You buy the ammo automaticly with it but it costs an extra 100 bolts for shipping and handiling.you get it at quarks hideout when you leave youre ship use the map o matic look right go into that spot and enter the hole with the gravity boots.go through the obstacle and there should be a shelf walk up to it and purchase it for 250,000 bolts.
