How do you get the Zap back at Ya skill point on Aridia?

I can't seem to find any lasers.

You kill 10 enemies using the refractor.Use the lasers coming from the 'noids that shoot the lasers.
Hope I helped.

The lasers are the lasers that the noids shoot at you.Use the refractor to reflect the laser at other enimies.When you run out of enimies to kill, kill the laser noids.
