Question for Ratchet & Clank: Up Your Arsenal

On Planet Metropolis, there is your ship, you go forward and right to go into a room, then there is a secret room to your left with enemies inside. you jump to the left window and there is a teleporter which says: "out of order please come back another time".

My question is, how do you get it fixed and where does it take you?

I think that's a teleporter to the Insomniac Museum and those things only work at a certain time.

I'm unsure of the time it will work but on Ratchet and Clank 2, it worked at 3am in Playstation 2 time.

Try 3am and if it doesn't work then, look around as somebody might of stated a valid time for the teleporter to work.
