It's a portal to the Insomanic Museum. You have to get all the trophies to open the door.
You have to collect all the trophies to open the door.in there is a portal wich will take you to the insominac museum.(theres an easier way than that)ok go to metropilis go to the tyrinoids were you first see them tip:don't ATTACK THEM YET:ok then go through the left window break it theres a same building that looks the same as last building.ok again go left break the window and youll see another portal wich will take you to the insominac museum as well.but you can only go at a certain time (3:00 am or 3:00 pm) any of those times and it will work (HAVE FUN!!)
