Question for Ratchet & Clank: Locked & Loaded

On planet Dobbo in the Testing facility near the gliding bit there is a nanoboost. How do you get because I have tried it about 100 times and I still can't get it. It is the only nanoboost I need. PLEASE help.
P.s what can you spend your bolts in once you have every weapon, upgrade and armour
