On the thugs 4 less hq theres a nano-tech on the roof of a building how on earth do you get it I've kept swinging but that didnt work please tell me !

That is what you have to do. Try to swing as high as you can.
Its pretty much patience and look. Right before you jump off to reach the nano-tech glide it can help.
Just keep swinging and at the end of every swing (don't just spend 5 goes on 1 latch thing) just put the extra boost at end and hope you get lucky thats how I got it with luck
