I asked the same question and yes it is the same but it is a different name for a different country like Britain for example.

Ratchet & Clank (1);
Ratchet & Clank Locked and Loaded (2);
Ratchet & Clank Up Your Arsenal (3);
And last
Ratchet & Clank Going Commando (4)

It goes Rachet and clank (1)
Ratchet and clank locked and loaded (2) (the same as Going Commando)
Ratchet and clank 3 up your aresenel (3)
Ratchet Gladiator (4) same as Ratchet deadlocked
