The HK22 gun and meteor gun are upgrades of other weapons (cant remember what) which you can only get once youve completed the game. You buy the RYNO 2 in an early planet from a robotic woman.
You also buy the bomb glove and walloper which you get for free if there is a save file of ratchet and clank 1 on you're memory card if you bought them in R&C 1.

THE HK22 gun is the upgrade of the seeker gun.
The meteor gun it the upgrade of the lava gun.
The R.Y.N.O.|| is in the level with that lady robot aka the 1st hover bike race plenet

You do NOT have to beat the game but you have to up grade these weapons
Seeker gun-HK22
Lava gun-meteor gun
R.Y.N.O.2 is on PLANET BARLOW NEAR THE HOVERBIKE RACES THERE IS THIS LADY SHE SELLS GADETRON WEAPONS IF YOU HAVE A SAVED R&C GAME WITH THE WEAPONS SHE SELLS ON IT THEY ARE FREE!!!!!!
