If I get the r.y.n.o in the first ratchet game do I get the on the planet with the lady selling wepons from rathcet one for free?
Long story short do I get the r.y.n.o for free if I have it on rathet 1

I'm sorry, but no. You can not get the first RYNO form the first game. You can buy the second one from there.
