curt needs help plz

On this website there is a cheat to unlock all weapons and gadgets but it tells you to press pause at the main menu but when I do that it goes back to the press start screen. Plz someone tell me how to use it?????? ;)

I don't think there is a cheat for that but look here if there isn't then just beat the game, you will get the weapons and gadgets back.
