There is no way unless you want to add it yourself on some paper.
That must have taken you a while to get that.

Well when you start the game it should be on the screen I have about 10100000 bolts.

The amount of bolts you are seeing is the record on the memory card only. As soon as you go to game play you will see exactly how many bolts you have. It does keep counting.
