It should slow down time... Hense the "time freeze" I think it doesn't work though.

The cheat activates (when turned on) when you hold triangle for your weapon quick select.
This cheat makes it so that you can circle Ratchet while in the weapon quick select instead of a still view.

The camera moves around rachet giving you a full veiw of you're surroundings wile choosing a weapon wen holding triangle
