On which planet is the wrench upgrade on. I have completed the game but this still iludes me where is it please

Wrench upgrade? Are you sure you've got the right game? Try the Questions and Answers section for Ratchet and Clank 2 Going Commando or Locked and Loaded.
Are you talking about the first game ? Because you can't upgrade your wrench on the first game only on the second game going commando.
