Is there a cheat for become a legend mode for improving my skills?

No. But on master league. You go to player registration in player info in the become a legend (BAL) menu. Then register yourself as an edit player. Go to the top menu, then to EDIT, then to Either edited player or edit player. Then your player should be there and then you can edit yourself and change yout stats. Then you have to obtain him on master league. I unfortunately don't know how to do that.

Yes there is do the become a legend 2009 and difficulty begginer then keep on playing for 5 hours nearly everyday then you get 92 to top speed but I don't get a good team. Then do hard if you wish.I have pes 2009 pes 2010 aqnd pes 2011.For ps3 but it's all the same and I'm just a kid not english though. I hope this works. Good luck
