How do you open the second time portal in the past after you defeat that women on the ships it's really driving me crazy

All sand time portals are activated by 4 wall switches. These switches are activated by wall running on them. You must activate the switches in the correct sequence to activate the sand portal. The 1st switch that glows and remains so is the 1st switch to press. The 2nd switch that glows and and remains so is the 2nd switch to press, and so on. If you guess the wrong switch sequence, all turn off, and you have to activate them from the 1st switch.
