How do I get the six life upgrades I need them to beat the game if anyone knows then please answer this

You get theres upgrades by finding hiden water fouatains, this is usaly easy as this game is quite linear, if you see a break in the path, you know a hiden well is on one of those paths, so try both befor you continue.
