The last boss is the vizor in god mode and the evil side of the prince. After the fight with the vizor the crown drops you go to pick it up but all of a sudden you see the dark prince.

All you have to do is attack him then you are going to be sent to a place I call transworld.

Just keep on attacking him untill you get to the part where faraha says leave this place it's filled with sadness when that happens do not attack him at all just go by him and run up the stairs.

No matter what do not turn around when he begs just keep on going up the stairs until the cinamatics come in. Faraha is going to ask how he knew her name and what he says to her is: people say time is like a flowing river, but I have seen the face of time. Come I will tell you a story of the likes you have never heard.

Then it backs out says the name Prince Of Persia The Two Thrones and it goes to credits and deciding on which level you beat the game on you get a cheat for a special secondary weapon just to tell you though the special secondary weapon is just like any ordinary weapon you pick up it's going to break.
