Hey there. All you have to do is basically what it says in your mission screen. You must put out the magazines to GET HIS ATTENTION. And then when you have put out the issues as the mission asks, Jenny will tell you that John Yett is available and you have gotten his attention. It is best to do the mission in order. That way you wont get stuck on this one. Hope it helps.
