Each time a team is moving forward so does the keeper so if you can gain the ball at the center of field hit the box button full power and hold the up direction and the ball should go over the the keeper while he is out and depending on the who the shooter is there is a 80 percent chance of scoring as long as the player has a little bit of accuracy and shot that should do.
Just to be sure before you hit the box button look at the radar and see if the keeper out if he is not out then there is no point hitting ball.
This cheat works only on the ps2 game.
