How do I make my team very strong

I want the play to well fit on the field
Just as above you can goto edit and edit your team. But edit it before you start any league or cup with that team. Otherwise it won't show any edited content.
Or if you want to make a whole new team with the world best players without distorting other teams, don't move those players to that team. Goto D2 league edit we united or pes united then remove all existing players. Goto edit player , create player then do make a base copy of player you want then, edit him if you want and move him to your team. You will have a great team without compromising with other team. It is a long process but you will LOVE that team and only play with that team surely.
