How do I get the token off the top of the tree in the 1st level, the village?

I have the Pc version of Pacman but it should work just the same.

You jump on top of the light blue house with the telescope on the lower roof, then jump and grab the telescope you have to rev roll to get the token but I can't get the camera positioned properly.
