I heard about the demon sowrd will help you beat the ginat snake but where is the sowrd?

Yea, you have to get that sacred horn from the dark realm, then you see the finger door, by the fountain. Use it, and sam will play it, the finger door is opening and inside, you will see the sword on skeleton's chest and go there and press "x" then you got it =]
