I think you have to beat that ghost place till the 3rd floor(with megaman).Note that if you get to the 4th floor you can get the paladin sword for megaman!Its his strongest weapon and looks cool,its worth getting it.

You have to complete the phantom real 3 times with megaman and fight zero in vs. Mode
